During onsite team registration on Thursday, May 29 and Friday, May 30, teams will be required to submit a completed Publicity Release Form for each member of their team, to include coaches and primary and alternate competitors. Please note that this form requires the signature of a parent or legal guardian for those who are under 18 years of age.
Teams will not be required to submit Medical Forms for the National Tournament, as the care and responsibility for members of the teams rests with the coaches and other accompanying chaperones for those teams. Rather, as part of the online tournament registration process we have collected onsite contact information for each team while in Washington such that we do know how to reach out to a team representative if needed. Tournament staff will have direct access to that contact information at all times and will also serve as a conduit to GW University Police should they need it for any reason.
Finally, for those teams that have requested on-campus housing as part of the online tournament registration process, once GW Housing Programs confirms with the team what we can offer regarding the number of beds and arrival and departure dates, they will provide the team with a Summer Housing Agreement. The Summer Housing Agreement will detail the terms and conditions of the stay in the residence halls, to include payment arrangements.
